Grimaldi's Pizza Restaurant To Stay Open

Grimaldi's is safe, for now.

The famed DUMBO pizzeria scored a victory in court on Monday when a judge ruled that owner Frank Ciolli can stay in his current location until his lease ends.

Ciolli admitted he owed about $66,000 in back rent and fees, and the judge ordered his landlord, Dorothy Waxman, to accept the pizza maker's belated cash.

The landlord's son, Mark Waxman, said Ciolli will be booted when the lease ends in November 2011.
