If Brittany Murphy's husband had sex with her mom then wouldn't that literally make Simon Monjack a dead MF'er?

Aside from the fact that he's her son-in-law, they actually make a better match than he and Brittany. They look about the same age. Brittany looked way younger than him.

This story is in poor taste. The tragic deaths of Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack were events whose gravity can hardly be overstated. Leave Brittany's poor mother alone, damnit.

Watch Simon Monjack on Larry King.
Monjack reminded me of dracula.

Message to the Censor and Editor,
Is Huffpo entertainment section a subsidiary of TMZ and The Enquirer? I came to Huffpo because I had a lot or respect for Arianna Huffington. I thought Huffpo would at least hold some journalistic integrity in it's reportage. Arianna get control, I know the "blog" has become quite the money machine for you however, there are some of us who see scandalmongering as tasteless reporting.

Agree...it is quicly becoming very tabloidy. I used to come here for "serious" news, now just dumb entertainment stuff and a love/hate Obama postings

Those 2 marshmallows look like more of a couple than the "he" marshmallow and Brittany.

Even when you are grieving, you should have at least respect, for the person who died, which was his wife and her daughter. It seems there was no respect, now he is dead too and if I was her mother and I behaved with my son in law like this, I would be very ashamed. Why did she even have to say anything. Did she wanted to shock us ? To me, that is sick.

I've read that the mother has insist that there was no sexual relationship between them, but that they nevertheless shared a bed.

Whatever the truth of the matter, it not unusual for people who are united in grief to bond so strongly that the normal rules of behavior get forgotten. They might have found in each other the only other person who could understand and share their grief.

Its bizarre, without question, but I would venture to say more common that people might expect. (And no, I'm not relating a personal experience).

Very bizzare, but some people cannot help themselves.

In most cultures related people do not greive in a marital bed. I don't care how anyone tries to explain this.

That would depends on how you're related, surely. Blood relations is taboo. But relation by marriage is a different story.

And frankly, how would anybody know what happens in "most cultures"? Its not sanctioned in our culture, but it happens nonetheless. People just don't usually advertise it.

Mom and the mould make this a real creepy horror story.

All 3 were using drugs so what does that say? Was this woman even a mother?

I haven't been following this that closely. I really only got concerned when I heard about the mold, because it's of general "interest" in the sense that it's something we should all be concerned about. I didn't know about the drug usage...but then again, it doesn't surprise me.
About your second question, as someone who is not a parent, I should keep my mouth shut. ;-)
