Celebrities Covered In Blood: Sick Or Sexy? (PHOTOS)

The stars of 'True Blood' recently went nude and bloody for the cover of 'Rolling Stone.' They're not the first celebrities to be covered in fake blood, whether for a role or just for a half-naked photo. Who wears blood best?

It depends on how it's done. The pose in the True Blood photo is very sexy, but the blood spatter was poorly done. It's too distracting.

The bloodiest movie I've seen in a while -maybe of all time -is "Daybreakers" with Sam Neill. Vampires rule the world in this movie. It's a total blood fest. I recommend it to all the vampires and vamps out there.

Agree, the 'new' trend in vampires, is sexy, hot, california look preferred. Super model vampires. They don't shrivel up and melt in daylight like their predecessors; they sparkle like a disco ball. Scary, isn't it? Then they need to throw in some blood and skin every now and then so you know they are really badass. I read "Twilight", the first book almost at gunpoint and it was the worst junk I've ever read. And that's what I'd expect from the movies and peeps in these pictures.
If Meyers had stuck to any of the old tenets of the vampire the symbolism would be lost on her "Twilight" bots. They need everything spelled out, no subtleties please.
As far as "looked sexyest", I checked none of them.

I agree. "True Blood", this season, is absolutely screaming for attention in "the worst" way. Its beyond camp. I think it was far better last season but they obviously have researched their target demographic and know what buttons to push. And sex and violence have always sold. I actually started to get bored with it after a couple shows and now I don't care if I see it or not. I might watch it in spurts, if you know what I mean.

I had to rip the cover off and throw it away before I could even read the magazine, it grossed me out so much. I am SO, SO, SICK of vampire-themed entertainment, it totally repulses me, even the insipid "Twilight".
