The WORST Playground Fails Of All Time (PHOTOS)

Playgrounds are supposed to a be fun, safe environment for kids to frolic around in, so we were pretty alarmed when we saw these ridiculous playgrounds ranging from unintentionally sexual to downright dangerous. When it comes to serious "fails" they don't get much worse than these playgrounds, slides, and inflatables. Vote and tell us which is the worst!

Okay!!! A playground that doesn't allow anyone under the age of 18!! (#11) That's gotta be some kind of "playgroun­d" huh? I wish they gave more details on that one.

Some of these look like some desperate kids tried to rig up their own fun times.

Number 3 looks like what all new playground look like, just before they start adding the pea gravel.

(If you look, you'll noice a similar hole for every landing zone, because regs call for extra depth there)

Yeah, but what's with the concrete around the edges? If the extra depth soft stuff isn't covering it at an extra depth, it's going to do some real damage.

From the looks, I'd say it was designed to meet an old 4 inch overall depth, with the impact zones going to a full foot depth, before it was abandoned.
