Michelle Obama Dons Black & White Dress To Dinner On Martha's Vineyard (PHOTOS)

Michelle Obama had dinner reservations on Monday night in Martha's Vineyard at The Sweet Life Cafe where she ate with the President, Eric and Cheryl Whitaker and Valerie Jarrett. For the occasion--and her first public appearance on the Vineyard--Michelle wore a black and white Narciso Rodriguez dress (that she also wore last summer for the Fourth of July) and a cropped black sweater. She accessorized with earrings and a clutch. Take a look:

Although she's worn better outfits, she still manages to look fresh and elegant. I like the jacket and black top of the dress; And I like her hair pushed back, and really love those earrings!

A lot of people seem to be missing the point that many celebrities -- and previous first ladies -- NEVER wear the same outfit twice. They don't have to -- designers send them clothing for free. And, it's considered low-class to wear something more than once. We "regular" people don't get it, or are even aware of it.

By wearing the same outfit more than once in public, and by wearing clothes from J. Crew and other more pedestrian outfitters, she is making a statement against conspicuous consumption. Good for her.

Women with big hips and derriers, in some cultures, obviously not yours, is sexy and extremely appealing. I think she breaks the stereotype of "boney maroney" and is absolutely stunning. First lady Michelle you are fabulous. Keep it going!!

Female hormones are responsible for fat distribution to the bottom half of the female anatomy and indicate a higher level of es tro gen and fertility . In addition, this body type (more pear than apple) is associated with lower risks of heart disease and diabetes. So it looks like our First Lady is a fit, healthy woman who was blessed with an abundant supply of female hormones.

It's really too bad that so many women are uneducated about their femininity...or are they just pretending to be?

It's really nice that we have a young, beautiful and stylish First Lady. It would be fun to just pop in and comment on the outfit, just like we all would with any other famous person we enjoy watching. That's not possible in some cases, because a simple statement about preferring one pair of shoes over another, made by someone who genuinely likes FLOTUS is so easily confused with some of the miserable and backhanded comments from people who are just mean and spiteful, not to mention the ones that are blatantly unkind. To those people, and you know who you are, thanks so much for ruining what should be a momentary respite from all of the bad news and bickering. I would say exactly what I think of you, but I'm surprised if this will make it past the filter.

Oh, BTW: the First Lady looks lovely and adorable in these photos.
