Emma Watson 'Can't Wait' To Start School

Emma Watson is ready to go back to school -- and America -- after a summer vacation.

"Hi everyone," she wrote on her Facebook page today. "just back from an amazing holiday with my family. So nice just to chill out in the sunshine... Now I'm back in London for a quick turnaround before flying to the US ready for the start of term. Can't wait! Hope you're all ok x"

Watson will be entering her sophomore year at Brown.

I would rather read an article about Ms. Watson then Lindsay Lohan any day. It's too bad that the media focuses on train wrecks rather than success stories, but I guess that's what sells the ever dwindling amount of newspapers.

The Harry Potter kids have turned out so well. Daniel Radcliffe is such a gentleman at 21. The work he's doing on behalf of LGBT equality and advocacy groups just warms my heart. And, then, there's Emma Watson - so smart and mature and classy. Good for both of them! They are great role models for young people and young actors.

I agree with you that Watson is great role model but I wish you wouldn't use it as an excuse to bash America. Natalie Portman grew up in the United States and went to Harvard. Brooke Shields graduated from Princeton. There are trainwreck young actresses around the globe and there are also well-adjusted actresses. I wish they could all be as classy Miss Watson (who is attending an American university).
