11 Comedies Canceled BEFORE Getting Emmy Attention (PHOTOS)

Tonight during the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, three acclaimed comedies are up for Emmys in spite of the minor detail of no longer being on the air: "Monk," "The New Adventures of Old Christine," and of course, "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien." Only time will tell if any of them win, but history tells us that some of the best and most respected television comedies in history heard their name called on Emmy night after the show had been canceled.
