Colorado State Parks Face Increase In Fees

Colorado State Parks is looking for ways to shore up its budget shortfall, and that might mean a trip to Lory State Park will cost a little bit more than it does today.

In mid-September, the Colorado State Parks Board will consider a proposal to raise most fees charged at state parks for entry, camping, cabin rental and annual passes. If approved, the fee increases would be effective Nov. 1.
