Rashida Jones' Fireworks-Print Dress: Rad Or Bad? (PHOTOS, POLL)

We didn't spot actress Rashida Jones on the Emmys' red carpet but we did find her when clicking through pictures from Sunday night's HBO Emmy After Party in West Hollywood. She attended the fete in a strapless, sort-of-fireworks-print cocktail dress and accessorized with navy peep-toe pumps, a clutch and gold jewelry. Dress is cute. However, her pasty too light foundation must go as it doesn't match the rest of her. Wear your correct shade girlie. You can't wear the same shade as your mother.

She's an absolutely beautiful lady, but that dress kinda looks like someone threw cupcake sprinkles at her. The dress would've looked nicer if it was a looser fit and a solid color. Love the hair.

The pattern is interesting but it balloons at the hips making her look wider than she is. The bust line is poorly cut. Looks like she has fat pads over flowing above the top near her armpits. Had the cut been higher or lower this would not even be an issue. The pink lipstick was totally off. Should have gone with a darker color with purple undertones to tie in the dress with the make-up.
She's a beautiful lady and very slim. I don't think this dress does her proud. Also, what's up with the 2-tone hair? Looks like she has a dark colored wig on the top of her head.

They needed a "I have no stinking idea what I think of this dress" choice. Not normal for me to be indecisive, buuut.
I am not familiar with this person but she looks like she would look good in about anything.

Nice dress. She's young and can pull it off. Love the shoes. The face make-up is way too light. Looks like someone "Photoshopped" the head onto a lovely tanned body.
