Caroline Wozniacki's U.S. Open Outfit: Is Dress Too Short? (PICTURES)

Caroline Wozniacki is enjoying a terrific U.S. Open. On Monday, the 20-year-old sensation ousted Maria Sharapova to advance to the quarterfinals. Her dress, which barely covered any of her legs, was noticeable to many viewers. After the match, Wozniacki was asked about the outfit during a press conference.

"I think it's nice," she said, adding that she will "get a lot of male fans now" due to the revealing dress. Previously, she shared her thoughts on "very pretty" Anna Kournikova.

The Danish tennis player is not the only woman to draw attention due to her U.S. Open attire. Venus Williams' skimpy dress was a hot topic over Labor Day weekend.

I couldn't agree more. She's the hottest tennis player I've ever seen (I've seen them all) and she is playing a sport people! If guys can take their shirts off after a basketball game and box without a shirt on TV, let the women wear short dresses!

I bet the ratings doubled from her outfit...my eyes were glued to the tv all day.

If the article hadn't specifically said that it was a dress I could've mistaken it for just a very long tank top with shorts. Why is there a difference when the same amount of bare flesh is exposed, but we call the garment by a different name? Are there actually people "getting the vapors" over this ridiculous non-issue? Horror of all horrors, an athlete is dressing for better freedom of movement and comfort while competing (yet still not even showing the amount of bare flesh that many other athletes expose while participating in their sport of choice).

Beach volleyball, bluenoses. Until THAT is finally a topless sport quit your whining. And once it is, don't whine so loudly that you distract me.
