Garnish their wages. This particular tax problem can be resolved very easily.
WHAT gives people like this the right to NOT pay when the rest of us pay, regardless.
IF they do not want to have their wages garnished, then fire their behinds, that right is in the paperwork you sign when you go to work for the government. If we do it this way, then we would have job openings and people would be put back to work and these people are more likely to pay their taxes.

Less people are delinquent than over the past 6 years.

With only 4% of the people delinquent, one needs to ask how many of these include people cashing in part of their 401Ks and are hit with penalties or folks who are in dispute over what the IRS thinks their tax liabilities are?

Some are probably scammers and deadbeats, but others may have mis-files or supplied incorrect information and then get hit with that surprise You-Owe-Us X-amount more type of letter.

We all know people who have had that happen to them, in one way or another. (Quick: Chime in the guy who says... Not Me!")

Post their names and how much they owe and then fire them. This is just the elite mentality Americans hate so much.

Wait, we're in the government....people give us money, we don't give the government money. We write taxes...we don't pay them. Taking their lead from Charlie Rangel and the gang.
