"So if you have a limited amount of resources or time, let's say five hours a week, it's better to spend 45 minutes a day for the entire week, than five hours once a week." Five hours a week is LIMITED?

If I had an extra five hours a week, I'd spend it reading something that would actually educate me. Not thousands of 140-character squibs that, no matter what Mr. Stratten preaches, will be 99% inane personal publicity.
