Dominos 24 Hours

CINCINNATI — Domino's Pizza Inc. says it's delivering around the clock in southwestern Ohio, where a franchise store is one of its first U.S. locations to remain open 24 hours a day.

A manager of the store near the University of Dayton campus says it began staying open 24 hours about a month ago. Manager Steve Martin says the store is offering a breakfast pizza with toppings like eggs, cheese and bacon.

Domino's spokesman Tim McIntyre says the first of the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based stores to remain open 24 hours also opened about a month ago in Manchester, England, and two other stores in England have since gone to 24-hour schedules.

McIntyre says company officials will be watching the performance of the stores closely in areas including sales and product offerings.

Pizza IS the perfect food. If I were to be stranded on a deserted island, say like Lost, and was given one type of food - pizza, nooooooooo question.

Just 50 m down from my abode, there's a small, local Italian, which does stone-oven fired take-aways. Needless to say - we're on a first name basis.

Some day, I'm going to write me an Ode to the Great and Wonderful Pizza.

I wish I lived in NY where I could get real pizza, not this chain stuff that I have to deal with.

Is that a fly on the slice of pizza in the first picture? Whether it is a fly or just looks like a fly, not good for Domino's, especially for customers who ordered the vegetarian pizza.

Not a Domino's fan...but sure I would have taken advantage of this in college!

The chain pizza places do not make pizza they make something that looks a little like pizza but it is not. The calling their product pizza is like me calling a "mock apple pie" which is make with Ritz crackers and not apples( no i never made or consumed it ) an apple pie. You can call it whatever you like but it doesn't make it true. As for the occasionally consumption of pizza being bad for you i don't agree we have it about twice a month with a salad as dinner and i think its just fine, Hint serve the salad first lol or the kids wont eat it . As mom always said a good appetite is the best seasoning

Mmmm, tomato-stained manilla envelopes, and money going to right-wing catholic causes. On second thought, give me a local independent pizza joint any day.

I agree, go with the independents. Living in Chicago, I have about 25 of them or more within my delivery area.

I guess they need to figure another way to increase revenues since their recent revamping of their pizza has made a mediocre pizza even worse and probably didn't do much to help increase sales.

Mmmm, bacon and egg pizza sounds great! But anywhere but Dominos.

Incidentally, there is a Sbarros location in Dayton International Airport that serves pizza with breakfast toppings. I always have a slice if I happen to land there in the morning.
