Human Mattress Dominoes Guinness World Record BROKEN With Anderson Cooper & Kelly Ripa (VIDEO)

They said it couldn't be done, but the new Guinness World Record for the largest number of human mattress dominoes has been set.

On Friday's "Live! With Regis And Kelly," 380 people strapped to mattresses toppled each other, and flattened the previous record of 256 dominoes.

On the flight deck of the Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum, Kelly Ripa was the first human domino to fall and Anderson Cooper was the last. In between, there were 378 people screaming as they went down.

I wonder why this is not in the entertainment section? We have the devastation caused by historic flooding in Pakistan with over 100 thousand children facing devastation, we have the war in Afghanistan and the one mess looming in Iran, we have record unemployment levels in the US with the GOP playing games with peoples lives to score election points, we have rising hatred and bigotry, poorer education for our kids, etc etc etc but we need to read as media news that these two fools were in human mattress dominoes record??? Tell me who might care?

I don't understand why Anderson just doesn't go over to the fluff side of television and leave journalism to the real reporters--like Scott Pelly, Byron Pitts, and Brian Ross. To think that this guy is going to then turn around and appear on "60 Minutes" is a slap in the face to true broadcast journalists like Ed Bradley, Mike Wallace and Harry Reasoner. I bet Don Hewitt--God rest his soul--would have never let the likes of Anderson Cooper on "60 Minutes." Obviously, the rest of America agrees with me because his ratings are higher on "Regis and Kelly" than they are for his own "hard news" show--AC 360. Television news is already circling the bowl like a turd...and now Anderson Cooper is urinating on top of it. Where's Bernard Shaw, Cokie Roberts, and Judy Woodruff when you need them. Yikes!!

Jesus, CNN sinks to the right over the last years in a foolish effort
to catch some of the brain dead Fox viewer's.....and they
waste time on this kind of silly stuff....it'd be kind of Nuts
if the world was a decent place but still with problems....

But with the Mideast a MESS, the right wing and tea party Lie's
[ that CNN often let's them get away with...], Afganistan,
global warming [ it's been one hot and dry summer here ], Jobs,
etc., etc. etc....

is there really any excuse for playing around ?

I thought the sort of Neo-Con guy before Cooper was bad
but he didn't sink to silly stuff....
