"Publishers Weekly" is the copyrighted name of the publication. No possessive." But "Publishers Weekly's Best Sellers" might be appropriate.

This book is a guarantee deconversion, a must read to people of every faith. The world would be a better place only if we do learn how to mind our business where truly matters; earth. Beyond life is pure hallucination. Good reading everyone.
