Michelle Obama Kisses President, Wows In Red At Congressional Black Caucus Dinner (PHOTOS)

First Lady Michelle Obama continued her movie star glam style streak on Saturday night at the annual Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Phoenix Awards dinner, stunning in a red gown. Her hair also looked shorter, but we're guessing it's just pinned up and not cut, like it was the several other times when she almost fooled us. And, to top it all off, she and Barack got in some PDA, kissing in front of the attendees. Take a look.
