Burberry Prorsum's Spring/Summer 2011 show was filled with the usual gorgeous coats and an unusual SNAFU: one of the models took a shaky tumble while walking in a purple leopard-print dress and a studded jacket.

Looks like the shoe is not designed to take the forces that walking puts on it. The upper heel is collapsing sideways as she tries to balance.

MOST OF THESE WOMEN CANT WEAR THE PUMPS AND I DONT KNOW WHY THESE DESIGNERS LET THEM WEAR THEM. HER WALK WAS SO UGLY AND SHE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO FALL WALKING LIKE SHE DID. IM A MAN AND I THINK I CAN WALK IN THE HEELS BETTER THAN A WOMAN. ITS A WHOLE LOT OF MODELS WHO NEED TO GET RUNWAY LESSONS AND STAY OFF THE CATWALK AND JUST STICK TO PRINT ADS.

She looks like she really hurt herself as she struggled to get back up. Those heels are for posing in, not walking.

It appears she was looking at her reflection pretty intently as she was approaching that back wall mirror; 'think she just lost her concentration. Of course not to mention the ridiculously high heels on slippery floor she was having to navigate.
Kudos for her carrying on with one shoe, but I think it woulda made even a better point if she took the other debilitating shoe off, continued the model strut, got to the wall and give one of those sashay turnarounds they do, pause to give the audience a smile, THEN exit stage left.

are severe pointy-toe pumps still in style? I mean the kind of stiletto shoes where the pointy-toe was at least one inch long. I have a few from Aldo and Vittadini but don't want to wear them if they look outdated.
