This entire foreclosure mess blows my mind !

It just seems so wrong to watch Wall Street banking corporations ... that were brought back from the dead with taxpayer money ... punish struggling taxpayers with foreclosure.

These Banks were dead ... bankrupted companies ... failed businesses ... brought back to life by corrupt career politicians using taxpayer money ... and now they sit in judgement over these struggling taxpayers ?

It's like watching a judge pause to snort a line of cocain ... before sentencing a cocain dealer !

It is just unnatural to watch these Wall Street banking corporations saved from their financial misfortunes with taxpayer money ... while struggling taxpayers are not being saved from their own financial misfortune.

This is wrong.

To everyone who is 'defending' the banks, and saying the 'robosigning', etc., is just a technicality:

Remember - even if the person is guilty of whatever, if a technicality is found, such technicality being in favor of the accused, the accused can and does get off.

Just ask Ollie North how many days he spent behind bars, even though he was found guilty of several felonies.

What is General Motors(GMAC) doing in the real estate business? Let's ask that one again: What is General Motors, a car company, doing in the real estate business? Is this part of why they let their product line go to hell, and had to be bailed out by the federal government(taxpayers)? What of the whole thing where GM was going to change their evil ways, and do a stand-up job of managing their company? Is that even possible, while they're still in the real estate business? How much progress have they made in this area? Where are some available figures that GM would like to share with the public? Again, what is General Motors, a partly taxpayer-owned car company, even doing in the real estate business?

Anyone who goes into forclosure without forcing the mortgage holder to produce all of the required paperwork deserves to be out

Unfortunately, this doesn't help people who live in states with non-judicial foreclosure laws.

We've got to get the deadbeats out of these homes so we can get this mess behind us and move on.

The deadbeats are the banks who orchestrated this fraud.

THEY TOOK TRILLIONS AND YOU WANT TO ADDITIONALLY GIVE THEM THE HOUSE TOO???

Are you on crack?
03:11 PM on 09/26/2010
How can you categorize these people as deadbeats? They are victims of the banking greed. I lost my house...lived there 18 years...had a job for 35 years...my interest rate went up which caused a mortgage payment of 80% of my paycheck. So does that make me a deadbeat? or victim? I'm thinking victim and I'm believing that most people are the same...victims.

Then there is the "get them out of these homes" so you can move on. Another problem arises...homelessness. There is no moving on just moving out.

If you buy a house that costs 200,000 dollars but you only bring home 30,000 a year, youre not a victim. You gambled on a houseing market and lost.We all halve to be responsible for our actions. Im not blaming the investors but its like Clint Eastwood said, A mans got to know his limitations.

Another case of massive fraud where nothing will be done about it and no one will be held accountable or go to jail.

And the ballot box is a placebo for change.
11:38 AM on 09/26/2010
If you employ someone to handle 10,000 cases a month then you know exactly what will happen and to say otherwise is a blatant lie.

Why is it that most people, including HP, think that if everyone just goes to the polling stations then everything will get fixed. The people controlling this country are not stupid and have mos of the money to maintain their control, without the ballot box.

The biggest game of "Keep Away".
Past foreclosure, I'm still seeking original signed documents and underwriting approval. Look at the U.S. Security's Exchange website and see all the players in the loans and how it was set up. 1st, the hidden one, is the Master Servicer who makes the overall decision to modify or foreclose. 2nd, the loan servicer, the middle man who has no documents to offer. 3rd, the loan originator who is bankrupt and can't be reached. 4th, the trustee to take the home and claims to have no knowledge of the transaction. The Prospectus makes the deception clear. And my lender was not GMAC.

How long until another large lender is found to be doing the same thing ?

How widespread is it ?

The larger issue here is that these large companies have no fear of punishment.

Rules are for the other people.

OK class action attorney's ... you're up !

Happy hunting.

Virtually every bank employs robosignors.....it's just a matter of time before they are all exposed.

A few names you will be hearing soon.....Margaret Dalton, Bryan Bly, Crystal Moore, Jeff Stenman, Donna Fitton.....to name a few.

We're still at it. This is so silly it's pathetic. Does anyone think the forclosures are being taken against borrowers who are not actually in default? It there any intimation that sheriff's sale proceeds are not being properly credited to the borrowers' obligations? No harm, no foul.
