Andrew Lloyd Webber's Duplex at Trump Tower SOLD for $16.5 Million (PHOTOS)

Andrew Lloyd Webber, the British composer of "The Phantom of the Opera" and "Cats" finally sold his Trump Tower Duplex for $16.5 million dollars (via Curbed). The 5,300 square foot apartment has been on and off the market for 17 years, listing as low as $7.95 million in 1993 and as high as $22.5 million in 2007.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the apartment has "Central Park views, a formal dining room, a den with a wet bar and wine cellar, and an eat-in kitchen overlooking the park's reservoir and ice-skating rink."

The home is split equally with one floor of strictly entertaining space and the second with all four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
