Carl Paladino Threatens Reporter: 'I'll Take You Out' (VIDEO)

UPDATE: Carl Paladino went on WABC Thursday and refused to back down from the comments he made during his altercation with Frederic Dicker—including his telling Dicker that he would "take [him] out."

Host Bernard McGuirk asked Paladino, "Do you regret using that last night? It seemed like straight out of The Sopranos, I mean it seemed that way."

"No... I said it time and again," Paladino said. "I’m taking out Sheldon Silver and I put Fred Dicker in the same category, I’m going to take him out with the rest of the trash."

Moreover, Paladino's campaign manager, Michael Caputo—who also got into a shouting match with Dicker on Wednesday—told the Buffalo News Thursday that Paladino is considering filing trespassing charges against a team of Post reporters who allegedly took photographs of his daughter in her home last week.

ORIGINAL POST: Republican New York gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino got into an explosive confrontation Wednesday with Fred Dicker, the longtime Albany reporter for the New York Post — and it was all captured on video.

After it was revealed that Paladino has a ten-year-old daughter from a previous affair, the Tea Partier alleged that his rival for the governorship, Democrat Andrew Cuomo, had also had affairs.

"Has anybody asked Andrew Cuomo about his paramours?" he asked a reporter from Politico.

But Paladino offered no proof for his claims. On Wednesday, Dicker confronted the candidate about his allegations and asked him to provide some evidence.

"What evidence do you have for something most people would consider a smear?" he asked.

Things became heated very quickly, as the two got into each other's faces and Paladino's security guards moved to separate him from Dicker. Paladino repeatedly told Dicker that he would get the evidence "at the appropriate time," and Dicker kept asking him to provide proof.

Paladino said that "goons" from the Post had gone to see his daughter.

"You send another goon to my daughter's house and I'll take you out, buddy," Paladino said.

"How are you gonna do that?" Dicker shot back.

"Watch," Paladino responded.

The entire exchange was captured in videos by reporters from Capital Tonight and CBS6 Albany.

Paladino said his comments were based on assumptions. His own wife invited reporters to cover the story. Crazy Carl has been stragely quiet over the weekend about the subject. Perhaps he was busy with emails and movies on Sat. and Sunday "stroking up" the vote.

This is probably a Fake Issue....a phony attempt by Republicans to gain sympathy...
and the reporter is probably in on it.

As the book
On Bended Knee
showed Ronald Reagan got lots of sympathy and support from a particular
reporter who would rudely Yell at him occasionally while walking on the WH
lawn.....this was "obviously" the nasty liberal and dominate liberal press
being unfair.....wrong !

It was Sam Donaldson.....registered Republican....doing Reagan a favor !

Carl Paladino acted like a Mafia boss when he threatened to "take out" the New York Post's Albany bureau chief Fred Dicker. I wouldn't be surprised if another version of this video -- accompanied by the theme of "The Sopranos" -- is posted on YouTube.

I suspect this is a phony story, in that the Republicans always set themselves up
as media victims !

And some in the press help them do this......they want to be on TV as the victim
of the press going too far.....it helps them with the phony "liberal media" charge,
although Gannett, Evil Empire News Corp, etc. show it's really conservatives
that own the media.

As the old book ....On Bended Knee....showed, Reagan benefited from a
reporter, Sam Donaldson, who would rudely yell at him while walking on the WH lawn....
many thought this was of course the liberal press attacking him.....but
Donaldson was a REPUBLICAN !......and doing it FOR Reagan's benefit !

For eight years the intellectually challenged paddles their boats around in circles while the White House told them which direction to paddle (that's why they went in circles). Now, that there are persons with strong intellectual skills in the WH the boat paddlers had to hire thugs. if you've ever taught kids a ghetto you know one thing, Teach Them To Think and Speak. A judge is more willing to give credence to a child who is attempting to learn and 'get out' than one who is burying him/herself with the thugs. And, Paladino IS one of the thugs the Right pulled out because they, the boaters have limited thinking, ergo, linguistic skills. This hurts. But there are times that truth has that effect.
