Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Allegedly Runs Over A Photographer's Leg (VIDEO)

Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits allegedly ran over a female photographer's leg with his Bentley in West Hollywood Wednesday night then fled the scene. The collision happens around 0:28 in the video below.

Cy was placed under citizen's arrest, TMZ reports. Paramedics took the photographer to the hospital and at some point Cy returned and talked with police.

After the accident, Paris tweeted, "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!"

An hour later she wrote, "Gong to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Love Paris xoxo."

Cy and Paris were arrested in August for cocaine possession.

Basic common sense: This is why you don't stand in front of a moving vehicle, whilst flashing a light that could impair the driver's vision

I believe this was an accident but I also believe the photographer 100% deserved it.

If you don't want your foot run over by a car then don't stand right on top of a moving vehicle.

I DO NOT CARE to see any photo of any famous person sitting in a car enough for these stupid photographers to risk life and limb. They need to back off. Media is out of control.

This, unfortunately, is irresponsible reporting and headlining. Watch the video. You'll see the headline here gives a quite false and misleading impression of Cy's role in this. The woman photographer was irresponsible here. And was able to stand up right after and wave others off, saying she was OK. And Cy at first stayed to take in what was happening, then was being told to drive off (by other photographers), and slowed did. He did not "flee" the scene. And then he came back, of his own accord, to talk with police about the incident. Unfortunately, though I love Huff Post, I find their news headlines sensationally misrepresent what their own videos are actually presenting.

Not sure why they arrested the driver. The woman herself said she was ok and waved them off. The other paps were saying, "just go, go, go..." I can see where the driver would have been confused and thought it was ok to leave. Besides, it looked to me like the woman stepped forward on her right foot, right in front of the tire, just as the car started to move. My verdict: Paps were in the wrong on this one.

Not a hit and run by any stretch when the other party waves you off and says they are ok. Besides not like this guy wasnt readily available and completely identified. Even if the photog hadnt waved him off the very fact they were baraged with flashes and lights is enough for a half @ssed lawyer to get this thrown out of court.

How is this hit and run when the photographer was standing in the way of the car OBSTRUCTING the car from moving in any direction?

When is it legal for a bunch of people to swamp a car in the middle of a road, blocking it's moving all of traffic? Isn't that riot behavior?

Why couldn't Paris and her boyfriend just walk around the car spraying hair spray at the papps to foul their lenses on their cameras? If they (the papps) are close enough to get sprayed, they are too close.
