Former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber weighed in on head coach Tom Coughlin and his job security.
"I don't know if he's completely lost control of the team, but it's definitely slipping away," Barber told Yahoo Sports on Monday. "Right now, Tom Coughlin is at a crisis. His job is certainly in jeopardy."
The Giants are currently 1-2 with losses to the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans. In Week 3 against the Titans, the Giants committed 11 penalties for 86 yards, five of which were personal fouls.
The philanderer added that being in New York won't help Coughlin.
"He is in a crisis because of the perception that he is losing his team. We all know that especially in New York, once the media and the perception becomes a reality, you start fighting against it.," Barber said. "And when you are fighting against something that is not necessarily real, you make it real. That is why he is in a crisis."
