Alexa Chung's 'Boarding School Bad Girl' Meets 'Grandma Chic' Style (PHOTOS, POLL)

British TV personality and all-around "It Girl" Alexa Chung has taken the fashion world by storm with her quirky style, and it's not hard to see why. The look is boarding school bad girl -- pieces probably snatched from her grandma's closet, Chanel bags, leopard everything, plus chunky shoes, leather shorts, skull cameos, and a whole lot of very sweet irreverence.

Many of the Brits scratch their heads there. But in the UK anyone can be an 'it' girl. And yeah she aint cute.

I have yet to decipher why this young woman is popular....she is awkward, her hair needs washing and these slouchy poses all equal someone that I do not want to look at or like.....I did not go into Madewell once since she debuted her line.
