Kim Kardashian, Jonas Brothers Among Celebs In California Tourism Ad (VIDEO)

It was only a matter of time before the state of California brought in the big guns to boost their sagging economy. Kim Kardashian (in a teeny-tiny pink bikini), the Jonas Brothers and Betty White, among others, star in a new Visit California tourism ad, according to E Online.

The video makes fun of people's perceptions that California is only for skateboarders, celebrities and people who drive convertibles (while people skateboarding and driving convertibles try to debunk those rumors).

Who knows what's taken California so long to get Kardashian and the Jonas Brothers to do an ad, but no matter, we'll take it now.

These ads are so strange. They seem so desperate and low budget in quality. Why on earth would I think visiting CA would equate into meeting or living like these people? An invitation from celebrities-some of whom I do not respect-is a waist of air time.

Why doesn't this site just cut to the chase and add a Kardashian tab so this doesn't need to dominate the Entertainment or Style tab, of which, they belong in neither.
