Cecilia Morel, First Lady Of Chile, Keeps It Cool (PHOTOS, POLL)

First Posted: 10/13/10 04:25 PM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 07:00 PM ET

First Lady of Chile Cecilia Morel has the style savvy to keep it cool even in high-pressure situations -- campaigning, election nights full of confetti or standing mine-side. She tends to stay away from patterns and focus more on colors and silhouettes.

Take a look at a roundup of her ensembles and check out her husband President Sebastian Pinera's watch...look familiar?

Felicitaciones a nuestra HERMOSA primera dama. ME ENCANTA

She is beautiful inside and out. Who cares what she wears, she and her husband are role models for caring about the people they represent. When did an American president and first lady spend days without sleep because they were concerned for, and being there to make sure their citizens are rescued? Answer: Not in my lifetime. They only fly over the disaster area in AF One, or show up for a couple of hours for a photo op or at a memorial service after they died. And where was the first lady?

She looks like Hillary Clinton in some of the pictures.

Chilean FL is a very attractive woman.

One has to remember this is the very first time something like this has ever happened in our history. Of course the President and his lady would be on hand for this momentous moment.

I certaintly do think that the Obamas would do the very same thing.

No - if you remember ours took numerious vacations and he even played golf. The "F.L." even took a vacation to France. While 11 Americans died in the gulf and other countries wanted to come to our aid and he didn't allow it. Sorry, there is no comparison between the two.

Wow, have to give the First Couple of Chile kudos for being at the mine disaster site to support the efforts. Somehow I cannot imagine the Obummers doing the same thing if this was happening here in America.......LOL.

They evoke Hillary and Bill (or is it just me?)

You are not the only one. I thought so too and Larry King mentioned that the president reminded him of Bill Clinton. So it's not just you, at least there are 3 of us.

Make that 4.
