Not surprising. He was known for frequenting northern Wisconsin strip clubs in the nineties. Mark Chumura was his best bud. It wasn't until his drug scandal that he "straightened" up, or so his PR team said. Most Wisconsinites know that wasn't the case. He always fooled around and partied a lot, even after the scandal. Whatever DID happen to Chumura?
