Well, well, well. It looks as if the great state of NY will have a Democratic Governor once more. Thank TPTB, Paladino will soon be a bad memory, like a clam that once gave you food poisoning.

Paladino is an utter embarrassment.

Paladino would have been better off taking the month of October off. He probably would have lost, but by a margin of 60-40. Now he looks like he will lose 70-30. Every time he opens his mouth, he loses another point in the polls.

This is pretty close to the final tally. Cuomo wins by 35-40 points.

I hope this is indicative of the results, but really... New Yorkers want a wannabe Al Capone for making their decisions? I done think so.

It is really a reflection of just how poor of a candidate Carl Palodino is. That is two gubernatorial elections in a row where the NY GOP s*** the bed.

It's ridiculous. After the last Democratic governor -- another poser career politician -- resigned in shame, it ought to have been a terrific year for the GOP to take back the governor's office. Palodino is so bad that Andrew Cuomo will be our next governor in a landslide. But a moderate Republican who wasn't a career politician and had the ability to make sane and rational statements in public could knock him off easily.
