Principal Helps Transform Struggling NYC School

Chelsea Career and Technical Education High School in New York City has been known for its low attendance and poor tests scores.

Yet, the school recently received a huge federal grant to help turn around the academic performance. WNYC reports Principal Brian Rosenbloom is at the heart of the school's transformation.
