Reminds of a promo I saw showing (relatively) sane- looking women weight-lifting their cats top tone their ( not cats) arms.

I am disappointed. I thought this article would show how to get your horse into a full lotus posture.

I would love to try this, but I think Shadow would kick me if I put him in the 'downward-dog' pose. He's not a young colt anymore. :((

I have been riding for over 20 years now and when I am at the barn, nothing else matters. It doesn't matter what is going on at work, with family, with friends, with finances...none of that crosses my mind. When you ride, you are so in tune with the horse and your ride that day that everything else gets automatically put on the back burner. Horses are pretty rad. I get that same feeling after riding as I do a yoga session (most times haha).

This is a riot. I think being around horses is helps everything!
