New York was abuzz yesterday, maybe from the Yankees win? Regardless, as far as Wednesday's go, it was a busy one.

The Global Poverty Project's global launch of 1.4 Billion Reasons on DVD, brought out stars like Hugh Jackman, Anna Wintour, Gerard Butler and Anthony Edwards. REM front-man Michael Stipe attended the 2010 Free the Slave Benefit at The Top Of The Standard with model Helena Christensen. And, of course, no slideshow is complete without James Franco's giant grin.
