Kristian Herzog, Oksana Grigorieva's Bodyguard: We've Been Intimate Since May

Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard had an intimate relationship with O.G. since May, and he's writing a tell-all book that he says will rock the case.

Kristian Herzog -- who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns -- is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana's boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.

Part 4. Mr. Herzog appeared to have two concerns.
1. The Biltmore guards reported to the police that Mr. Herzog had been fired in contrast to Mr. Herzog's claim that he quit voluntarily.
2. The Biltmore sent a letter to Mr. Herzog warning him that he would be trespassing if he ever again set foot on the Biltmore's property. Mr. Herzog's dying father received this letter which was very upsetting to both father and son. Furthermore, the hospice, at which the father was staying, refused to let Mr. Herzog bring his dog (the son's dog) into the father's room. These events caused great anguish for Mr. Kristian O. Herzog.
The trial was rather surreal in that Mr. Herzog and his attorney seemed to have the objective of "proving" that Mr. Herzog was innocent of a crime for which he was never arrested or indicted. Again, this was a civil trial, not a criminal trial.

Part 3. The Biltmore guards alleged to the Phoenix police that Mr. Herzog had made the bomb threats because they claimed to recognize his voice over the radio.
A Phoenix police detective later questioned Mr. Herzog.
Mr. Herzog was never arrested or indicted in regard to the threat. He remains innocent in the eyes of the law in regard to the Biltmore incident.
Mr. Herzog denied in his civil court case against the Biltmore that he had made the bomb threats.
Mr. Herzog's October 2003 case against the Biltmore ended in a mistrial when one of the jurors performed unauthorized research outside of the courtroom and discovered that Mr. Herzog had an outstanding felony warrant in another state.
As a result, Judge Holt declared the mistrial at the point where the plaintiff had finished his case and before the defendants could present their case.
Mr. Herzog's purpose for bringing the lawsuit against the Biltmore was never made completely clear during the trial. He never alleged wrongful termination. He never alleged that he had been unable to find further employment as a result of the Biltmore's statements or actions toward him.
At one point during the trial, Mr. Herzog broke down and cried about his father who had by then passed away.

Part 1. Kristian O. Herzog, the plaintiff, filed a civil lawsuit against Biltmore Hotel Partners et al, in Maricopa County Superior Court, Arizona on 6/6/2001. The case went to trial on October 3, 2003. Judge Cathy M. Holt presided over the trial. Case Number: CV2001-009651
The case ended in a mistrial.
Note that Kristian O. Herzog is male, but is incorrectly listed as female on the docket case history.
Mr. Herzog had been a security guard at the Biltmore in Phoenix sometime prior to June 2001.
Mr. Herzog had a number of complaints against the Biltmore.
Mr. Herzog's employment at the Biltmore only lasted for a few weeks. He considered the security at the Biltmore to be very lax. He brought his concerns to the Biltmore management. This action caused some friction between Mr. Herzog and the Biltmore management. As a result of this and other situations, Mr. Herzog's employment at the Biltmore came to an end.

Hmmm..I'm doubting the bodyguard's story simply because Oksana doesn't strike me as the type to give up the goods to a dude who makes under six figures a year. I know some bodyguards get paid handsomely, but there's no way he's making the money ol' Mel or even Timothy Dalton make.
