'Philanthropy Coach' Gives Advice On Donating

"IT'S easy to give money away, but it's hard to do it well," says Lisa Philp, who says she often serves as a philanthropy coach. Formally, her title is global head of philanthropic services at J. P. Morgan Private Bank, where she heads a 10-member team that works with individuals and families, other advisers in the bank's worldwide operations and with nonprofit organizations, all in an effort to treat charitable giving with the same care given investments.
