'Chiclone' Aftermath: Storms Leave Plenty Of Damage Throughout Midwest (PHOTOS)

What was dubbed a "chiclone" on Twitter did not prove to be particularly brutal in Chicago. While heavy rain and strong winds caused power outages and flight delays, it did not seem to be the biggest storm in 70 years as predicted.
