Michelle Obama Keeps It Simple With Black-And-White Print Skirt (PHOTOS)

First Lady Michelle Obama kept it simple on the campaign trail yesterday, hitting North Las Vegas, Nevada in a black tank top, a black-and-white, printed skirt by DVF and what looks like a gigantic belt. And her hair was up for the first time in a while.

In the evening, she stopped by a rally in Philadelphia, where she covered up with a collared coat.

That dress could go in the pile of dont's along with a great many others and the cardigans and belts.

Fortunately, she has a great many do's in her closet and when she wears any of those she looks fab. Fortunately, too, she is such an amazing woman with such presence that her personality and smarts transcend her many fashion faux pas.

Actually the belt is sitting just above her hips. African American women tend to be short waisted which is why the belts don't fit where YOU want them to.

that brown band is not a belt. it's part of the skirt. however, it looks great. wish she would wear her belts lower. when you're tall no one notices where your waist is anyway.

She looks beautiful, and the belt is a nice transition from solid to print. I like how the belt is positioned around her upper hip.

Now the other story here, besides the compaign and style, is they didn't leave any daylight between their hug!!!! Lookout for Harry, Barry!

I hope Harry wins, also. I cannot bring myself to believe that even with the $17 or $18 million poured into NV by outside sources over the past 3 months that there are that many people who would actually send something like Angle to the U S Senate. Of course, I haven't recovered from MA sending a male stripper to represent them but whereas Brown is a lightweight in critical thinking skills and no where close to ready for prime time, he is certifiable like Angle.
