Fourth Annual Inglewood Open Studios Tour Begins Saturday

What: Inglewood artists and nonprofit organization Inglewood Cultural Arts (ICA) present the 2010 Inglewood Open Studios, a tour that will allow visitors to view studios of both emerging and established artists. Where: Beacon Arts Building, 808 N. La Brea Ave., Inglewood, CA 90302. Shuttles will leave every 15 minutes for the studio tours.

How:
Admission is free and open to the public, so head out to see what the Inglewood art scene has to offer.

Why: If you think The LA Art Walk has become too crowded, expensive and/or commercialized, you will be happy to hear that Inglewood's Open Studios Tour, reception and show are a lesser known but equally significant reflection of the Los Angeles art world. Now in it's fourth year, the Open Studios Tour has grown to include more than thirty-five artists and is a great place to go if you want to expose yourself to the work of new, up-and-coming artists. Stick around for the Opening Reception on Saturday night, and you'll be able to enjoy live music, food from local eateries, video screenings, and other performances.
