Cigarette Warning Labels Around The World (PHOTOS)

The FDA proposed new, graphic warnings for cigarettes today, following a global trend of shocking imagery designed to dissuade smoking. About 20.6 percent of Americans smoke, as well as 19.5 percent of high school students. The World Bank estimates that about 1 in 3 people smoke worldwide, mostly in developing nations.

From Brazil to the EU, Uruguay to Hong Kong, governments have displayed the effect of smoking on teeth, lungs, children, and even virility in order to scare smokers straight. Below, compare the campaigns and vote on which one is most effective.
