I think it's mostly the fact that the elite isolate themselves that this sort of thing happens. they would care more about those they exploit if they had to face them every day.

Here is what needs to happen...those Afghans...they need to take a little walk on down to where ever those power elite hang out, maybe have a little talk with them and then just plain frigin kill them dead, bash their heads in with their shovels…

Sometimes every now again the power elite need to know that there is only ever going to be a few of them and there is always going to be a lot of people that they oppress by them…and the best way to keep the balance is to occasionally just make a statement…
