The Worst Thing You Could Possibly See At The Gym (PHOTO)

Mondays are hard enough, so if you managed to get yourself to the gym this morning, kudos to you. The only thing that could make dragging yourself to the gym on a Monday morning any harder would be if your local Krispie Kreme rep ALSO decided to come to the gym that day - and hand out donuts. We have to salute those soldiers on the elliptical machines in this shot. Talk about the ultimate test of will power! (Via The High Definite)

They should attach a chart next to those donuts..."One donut = 200 calories = 30 mins on the treadmill @ 5 mph. Enjoy!" lol

I LUV donuts, but the only time I would enjoy one is after a workout! SO why not??

Donuts are some of the most "empty calories" one can imagine. I guess they might be second only to hard candy, or maybe distilled spirits.

Eating them heavily taxes the pancreas, so if one wants to decrease the likelihood of developing Type II (Adult onset) diabetes (a.k.a., worn out pancreas) , it's best to seldom indulge in this type of food. The above photo suggests no very special occasion.

That is funny to see the doughnuts at the gym. I might be tempted to take one, well only after a workout of course.

What's this got to do with politics? Anywho, it does defeat the purpose of goin to the gym, doesn't it?

I see the humor and irony but really, isn't in the folks that DON'T manage to get themselves to the gym that probably have the hardest time resisting the KKremes?

Funny how that picture makes me want a donut but does not make me want to work out.

Worst thing...TSA scanner. With a memory card.

No.

Worst thing would be a TSA scanner calibrated by TSA employees.

Turn your insides into Sunday pot roast.
