BEVERLY HILLS (KTLA) -- Murdered Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen reportedly thought she was being followed months before her death and may have been the victim of a premeditated, professional hit.

Chasen suspected she was being followed by an unknown person back in March and told friends she was "scared," the New York Post is reporting.

The 64-year-old was gunned down Nov. 16 after leaving the after-party for the premier of the Cher and Christina Aguilera movie, "Burlesque." She was shot five times in the chest around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Sunset Boulevard and Whittier Drive.

Investigators are still looking for leads or motives in the killing.

Could a run of the mill crazy stalker be the killer; do stalkers usually have such planning?

I'm sure there is a lot about this story that is not being reported. For one thing, there are cameras all over the hotel that she had just left.

She wasn't shot anywhere near the hotel, and I've read that the "following" drivel is just that...drivel.

No, she wasn't shot there, but nobody is reporting what was learned from any videos there either. Like what exact time she left? Was anybody else in the car? Did she speak to anyone?...?

I sure hope they solve this seemingly completely senseless crime.
