Student's Mini Make-A-Wish Helps Local Terminally Ill Children

When it comes to charities, imitation is sometimes not just the sincerest form of flattery, but the best way to reach everyone in need.

Take the Short Circuit Dream Fund in Canada. Founded by then 14-year-old William Short in 2007, it fulfills the dreams of terminally ill children in Newfoundland and Labrador. Wait, you might be thinking, aren't there already organizations that do that?
