Aqib Talib, Referee Lash Out At Each Other After Game: Report

Aqib Talib was upset at a penalty called against the Buccaneers in Sunday's 17-10 loss at Baltimore, and he ripped into an official after the game about it. But the official didn't back down.

According to several reporters who witnessed the incident after the game, Talib followed a group of officials into the stadium after the game, cursing at the group. He then singled out field judge Boris Cheeks, who called a pass interference against Bucs cornerback Myron Lewis that prolonged a drive that led to a Ravens touchdown.

Suspend him for 2 games. You don't verbally abuse officials after the game.

I didn't watch the game, it may have been a cruddy call but there has to be some boundaries. Players shouldn't be going after refs post-game. Move on (and go for more anger management)

that's right...go out there and try to bash the other guys will in...then just turn that off like a light switch.
I don't disagree with you, BUT recognize that the emotional caveat in this sport is as extreme as it gets...and to just wave that off is naive...

Well, that's probably true, although you'd hope they'd turn it off by the time they get home. Maybe the refs and players shouldn't exit the same way?

that call was complete BS...should Talib keep running his mouth? of course not. But if you watched that game. It was like that crew had an agenda against the Bucs. You mean to tell me the traditionally trash talking, face painting, baiting Ravens don't get 1 call the entire game...The frustration was well deserved.
The ravens barely won that game on 2 plays. 1 very obvious broken coverage and 1 HORRENDOUS pass interference call...so before you non-scoring always left wanting Ravens fans bow up...recognize you should have lost to the woeful Bucs....

excuse me but ray rice had a brilliant run for a td called back on a bogus holding call on Boldin so don't take the bad call to heart...both teams got screwed over what is becoming the norm in the nfl now.....bogus calls, obvious favortism (just watch the last minute td drive by falcons against ravens with a out of bounds catch called good and a obvious hold for game winning catch not called at all) and even when calls are challenged and replays show the opposite of the on field ruling the refs still don't/aren't/won' do the right thing....sigh, good thing i don't waste one cent of my money supporting this league by going to games
