Though, in general the American public is unhappy with the state of the airline industry, ridership is up slightly this year, according to Tim Zagat.

So what are the airlines that famed pollster/reviewer Zagat think are doing a good job?

The top prize for economy class airlines domestically is JetBlue, followed by Southwest, Continental, AirTran and Delta.
