Johnson also expressed his frustrations via twitter after the loss.

Someone took responsibility for a grievous error. No alibi, no shifting the blame. That's the story.

I LOVE that tweet! Good on Steve Johnson for finally pointing out the absurdity of these "praises".
Dog don't care what you did on the field for money.

Why is it when anything good happens, it is ok to praise God and say he was completely responsible. Oh.. everyone understands that and it brings a tear to the eye. But flip it, have something bad happen, and say it's God's fault, and everyone is up in arms.

I agree with the rest of you. At first, I felt bad for him. Then, I saw his tweet basically blaming God. Once I saw that, I was like "these players take no responsibility". Since, Johnson has retweeted, retracting "what he meant". I just read an article about how we "took it out of context". Check out what he said here: http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474978742819

I feel bad for the receiver. He probably had a bout of 'dropology' during the game. The Bills and the D Lions have been very impressive this year. Hopefully, they are on the road to recovery.

Best part of the video is the o lineman already celebrating since he prob thought it was already caught.

Poor guy. Who wouldn't be miserable after that? It was a beautiful pass and he made the right move to get it. The Bills have to be the hardest-working team in the NFL over the last month or so. Just as with the Lions, who are also better than their record, it's tough to see things not go their way.

Dear Stevie,
I gave you the ability to walk, run, and unfortunately talk. I have allowed you to get to where you are in life. I didn't cause you to make or miss the catch--that is up to you. How you react to adversity is also up to you. No matter what you say or do, I will see you soon.
Love,
God

What he may not realize is that God had actually intended for him to be in some fatal or career-ending injury that morning, but decided to spare him..... and that's the thanks He gets.

'and this is how you do me!!!! '
That sounds pretty disrespectful to God.

However, when someone says I got this because of God, that is fine and dandy

I'm a big time Steelers fan and we should have lost that game a few different times.

It clearly follows that God is a Steelers fan.
