Julian Assange Hillary Clinton

Time:

Hillary Clinton, Julian Assange said, "should resign." Speaking over Skype from an undisclosed location on Tuesday, the WikiLeaks founder was replying to a question by TIME managing editor Richard Stengel over the diplomatic cable dump Assange's organization began loosing on the world over the weekend. Stengel said that the U.S. Secretary of State was looking like "the fall guy" in the ensuing controversy and was her firing or resignation an outcome that Assange would want? "I don't think it would make much of a difference either way," he said. "But she should resign, if it can be shown that she was responsible for ordering U.S. diplomatic figures to engage in espionage in the United Nations, in violation of the international covenants to which the U.S. has signed up. Yes, she should resign over that."

I'm sorry to have to break this to you, folks, but "spying" on diplomats is US policy. The exact same directive was issued by Condi Rice. And, if you can get your hands on previous documents, I am willing to bet that the last 10 secretaries of state have sent out the exact same directive.

For those of you who are scandalized by this: grow up. This is how we protect American interests. Hillary is just  Read More...

For lawyers, attorneys Julian Paul Assange from WikiLeaks.

Я думаю, что американцы должны вÑпомнить какие люди пиÑали их КонÑтитуцию, о какой Ñтране они мечтали, вÑпомнить о Билле о правах.

I think that Americans must remember, what people wrote their Constitution, what country they dreamed about, must remember about Bill of Rights.

Защищать необходимо не только права женщин, но, как оказываетÑÑ, и права мужчин.

Necessary to protect not only the rights of women, but as it turns out, and the rights of men.

If it is true what is written on the Internet, Julian Paul Assange got into this situation by formally put forward claims of activists of the feminist movement, which I think is unreasonable requirements, violating his rights as a person. Formally put forward the claim to be in violation, in my opinion, international law and established international human rights law, even in Sweden and have such laws, so distorting the relationship between men and women. Human rights can not be waived or prohibited by national law any country - is repealing the Human Rights Act would be unlawful. The discussion should not abuse the rights and on equality - it means respect for the equal rights of men and their parity, negotiation of reciprocal rights with mutual responsibilities. Me it seems to that in this case is present abuse of right, overstatement of rights for one side due to the illegal diminishing of rights for other side. Therefore, even if in terms of morality, not really nice to meet two girls, from the point of view of the law - he is innocent, if they met voluntarily and without violence.
I do not understand the position of the Australian Government. Julian Paul Assange, if I understood correctly, is the citizen of Australia, a prosecution was pulled out him in one country, detained in other country. The government of Australia is not interested in the fate of an Australian citizen and it does not want to fulfill their responsibilities to protect

The basis of legal protection, Mr. Julian Paul Assange of WikiLeaks could be justification for its compliance with existing international law and fundamental human rights (including this and the right to know who controls the people and what they as an intellectual, moral or and professional level, in so far as regards their ability to regulate public social processes).
In addition, there is legal justification of his right not to disclose sources of information, if released information corresponds to reality and affects the basic rights of many people.
Regarding of formal charges, Julian Paul Assange (Julian Paul Assange) from WikiLeaks: judging by the charges against him (published in the online information), it probably is not the accused should be, it is likely the victim, because of the very essence of the charges it is clear that it is the actual discrimination and baseless carping from the opposite side, having little to do with human rights and simple logic.

"Now, in many respects, information has never been so free. There are more ways to spread more ideas to more people than at any moment in history. And even in authoritarian countries, information networks are helping people discover new facts and making governments more accountable."

Hillary Clinton.

If so, What is the idea of puting Julian in jail?
Remember that lie has short legs and true will prevail after all.
How about the bunch of criminals protected by US ON ITS OWN TERRITORY?
Do some searching and find out who Luis Posada Carriles is and what he has done for CIA. After that, just tell me a lot of crap about "Human Rights"
None has been reported endangered by Wikileaks.
Only hypocrits feel hurt.
And yes: Mrs. Clinton should resign.

President Obama instructed that "Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing."

Ok, time to stand by your statement Mr Obama. And btw, tell Hilary Clinton to read your statement over and over again. Then tell your citizens which conduct is actually threatening peace and freedom for the world, yours or WikiLeaks!

It's funny how most everyone is rallying around Assange in every other thread, but once he attack Hillary Clinton it's "hands off!". I don't get it.

The Arkansas Bar Association should begin proceedings for Hillary Clinton to be disciplined for having conspired to violate the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

I understand the Nobel Prize committee has decided not to award a Peace Prize this year. Here is an excellent opportunity for them to come to the aid of a truly brave man who is risking his freedom and perhaps his life to tell all of us the truth about governments' shady dealings, corruption in war, etc. I think Julian Assange should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, because without knowing the truth, the peoples of the world will be led by the nose into one war after another, as they always have been.

Yeah, well Juian Assange should jump off a bridge - any bridge will do. The man is as phoney as a $3 dollar bill.

Julian did not say Hillary should resign. he said that if an inquiry shows she actually is responsible for the order to violate UN laws/rulse, then she should resign. But I guess you would support hillary, even if Julain is not French!

Assange said, if it can be shown (proven) that she order the US diplomats to spy on the UN diplomats, then she should resign. But the documents show this was a practice that was started by Rice in the Bush Administration.
06:17 PM on 12/02/2010
The question is not who started the practice. The question is, is Hilary R Clinton engaging in the practice?
