Alexis Neiers, Lindsay Lohan's Former Prison Neighbor, Busted For Heroin

LOS ANGELES — A reality TV star who was jailed earlier this year for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's house was arrested again Wednesday after authorities say they found her in possession of black tar heroin.

Alexis Neiers was taken into custody after officers went to her home for a compliance check and found the drugs and paraphernalia, said Los Angeles County Probation Department spokeswoman Kerri Webb.

Webb said officers also found Neiers with a Florida driver's license in another name with a false age.

The aspiring model, who was on the E! Entertainment Television show "Pretty Wild," is being held without bail. She is being held on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and identity theft.

The 19-year-old spent 30 days of a six month sentence in jail this year after pleading no contest to burglarizing Bloom's house as part of a group accused of several celebrities' home break-ins. Her court case was prominently featured on the E! show.

A call to her attorney, Jeffrey K. Rubenstein, was not immediately returned. No new court date has been set yet.

Who leaves drug paraphenalia lying around while living in your parent's home? That shows the lack of supervision. Who leaves stuff lying around after ditching their probation appointment? Didn't she think they might come to check and make sure she is at her address? Her mom should feel responsible in the fact that she didn't find it first, so she could get rid of the evidence. I think the younger sister acts more responsible than the others, but I've only seen their show a time or two. I could be totally wrong, but I doubt it. ♥

Why are people such haters? The girl is 19 and wants to experiment with heroin. That’s the time in ones life that you would do such a thing. Maybe she wants to learn about drugs experientially instead of just listening to all the crap people say. Nothing wrong with that. And why do people assume she is an addict? It’s unlikely but she could be a responsible user or just dabbling. I have lost a lot of friends to the drug and I don’t recommend or condone its use but people seem to be very presumptuous regarding this girl and her life.

By the way, I watched the entire Pretty Wild series, mainly because I was bored one day and the girls are hot. The mom is one of the dumbest “new-age” spiritual kooks I have ever seen. f you can stomach the idiocy, this is actually a fairly insightful look into the lives of the privileged and superficial.

Experimenting with certain, unregulated drugs is very dangerous and just shouldn't be done.
I used to work in a government agency that regulated health professionals. I met a doctor working with the CDC, specifically with heroin addicts. He explained why heroin users continued to contract HIV and Hepatitis C, in ever increasing numbers.
The way the heroin is processed, it is already contaminated with HIV. You don't have to share needles to become infected, because the supply is already infected.
A syringe is the perfect measuring tool. The people who prepare the heroin for street-sale will use the same syringe for batches that they will personally use to shoot-up. Most of these people are HIV-Positive or have Hepatitis C. This is a world-wide problem. This is why heroin is not a safe drug to experiment with. This is why needle exchanges don't work. The supply is already infected with HIV and Hepatitis C.

Heroin is one of the few drugs that don't fall into the "experimentation" category... As a former 19 year old girl- drugs that can kill you with one use, or are immediately addictive, or generally require needles, or that ruin your looks are generally not the ones you experiment with. Pot, mushrooms, x, and pills are generally the substances of teen girls.

Also, considering that she just got out of jail, I would say it's a fair assumption that she's not a responsible anything- much less a responsible user :)
