AOL recently released a list of 2010's top search queries, determined by examining "a variety of categories, based on the people, places and topics that received the largest volume of search queries on AOL Search."
Among the categories assessed were News, Movies, Shopping, Odds and Ends, Health, Trends and Celebrities. In the category of Shopping, popular gadgets dominated the list of top ten most searched terms, which also included other non-electronic items, like Girl Scout Cookies. In fact, two Apple products cracked the top five. Other items on the list include an eReader, a BlackBerry device and an Android phone (Can you guess what they were?).
