Harrison Ford Selling $16 Million Dollar Chelsea Loft (PHOTOS)

Harrison Ford is leaving Chelsea behind as he places his 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom loft on the market for $16 million.

The City Prairie property at 206 West 17th Street has seen its fair share of stripteases and glam renovations according to Curbed. Now the site is reporting that Ford is selling the place with Corcoran "superbroker" Deborah Grubman for $10 million more than what he paid when he purchased the loft in 2002.

According to the listing, the loft has breathtaking views, beautiful Anigre wood and poured concrete floors, and the finest appliances and amenities (home gym, library).

Ford and longtime partner Calista Flockhart also own homes in Wyoming and Los Angeles.

Check out photos and a floor-plan of the space:

I wonder how much it will be worth in two years?

Not the best investment.

Everyone says real estate still has a long way to fall. Everyone, except real estate agents.

Surprised there wasn't a bathroom in the Den, Library, and Personal Gym.

I should buy it. Anyone want to go halvsies on it? It will be a nice place to get away from our normal day to day.

Putting a half bathroom so close to the main entrance seems like poor planning to me.

These NYC homes of multi-millionaires are interesting to look at. We look and comment. If there's a Real Estate section of HP, maybe a $300k Long Island home would have a place.

Yuck. I've never understood lofts. They look like warehouses.

When I sell my $349,000 Long Island two-bedroom, will I also get a free eight-photo ad on Huffington Post?

What a great point you make. Free real estate advertising for the rich - go figure.
