Camden, America's Second Most Violent City, Lays Off Half Of Police Department

New Jersey's most violent city approved layoffs for half its police force on Thursday.

The Camden City Council unanimously voted to layoff a quarter of the city's government workers, including half of its police officers.

The layoffs are scheduled to take effect on Jan. 18, though there could be fewer pink slips handed out if public employee unions agree to concessions.

Camden is the nation's second most violent city, according to a report by independent publisher CQ Press, who compiled the list based on rates of violent crimes, including murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and motor vehicle theft.

If cops deterred or prevented crime then with nearly 1 million armed law enforcemen­t agents there should be little to no crime by now..

The fact is that cops and these corrupt courts create criminals. This injustice system has coined the title of career criminal. The violent are released while the nonviolent are imprisoned in the rape rooms of the corrupted prison system.

The more cops the more violence there is in society. you cannot rule a society with violence and not get a violent society. It is like beating a kid for hitting.

So history and this police state means nothing? More than substantiated.

When there was less cops there was less crime. When people were responsible for their own safety there was less violence. The "wild" west was actually the mild west.

The largest government with the largest violent police force and there is more violence now then ever in our history. More gangs and more prisoners then any other nation on earth.

With nearly 1 million armed law enforcement and millions incarcerated there should be little to no violence. Your system is a complete and utter failure. Once the cops are gone violence will drop dramatically. It is just a fact proven by history, reason and evidence.

For over 60 years and counting. The previous mayor Milton Milan was sentenced to seven years in federal prison for bribery, racketeering and money laundering. One of the many put away by Christie when he was the NJ US Attorney General.
