Spain Airport Closings Leads To 'State Of Alarm'

MADRID -- Spain declared a "state of alarm" on Saturday for the first time since returning to democracy in response to a wildcat strike by air traffic controllers that closed air traffic at the start of one of the year's biggest holiday weekends.
