Jenn Sterger, who accused Brett Favre of sending her racy voicemails and naked pictures in 2008, might go public with evidence if the NFL does not punish the Minnesota quarterback, according to her manager.

TMZ reported on Monday that Sterger's manager, Phil Reese, said his client provided enough evidence to prove there was harassment.

"No matter what happens Jenn has all legal remedies, including going public ... if the NFL doesn't clear her name," Reese reportedly said.

The NFL started its investigation of the alleged sexting scandal in October. Favre admitted to sending voicemails to the former TV host, but denied sending inappropriate photos.

Allison Torres, a friend of Sterger, reportedly said she was there when Sterger received the pictures.

I am sorry but unless she filed a complaint back then why is this even a big deal. She waits 2 years to say anything? What did Brett Favre actually do? Nothing that 1000's of other people have done. sexting is nothing new in our society. This girl is nothing but a gold digger.

The NFL is holding out until Favre's season is over. Right or wrong, he is a golden boy, a record breaker, a record holder and is being treated accordingly.

The one this really sucks for is his wife, Deanna. She's been putting up with his, uh, reputation for years.

Its a shame that Rodger Godell has stalled this investigation, and it seems that the sports media is in bed with it. They must not want to be frozen out of future coverage by rocking the boat.

Much like the non-sports media and the runup to war in Iraq.
